This Method involves giving out wordpress or joomla templates for free. But we won’t just be giving away clean template, instead we will modify some template scripts and insert our gateway in them. So here is how you do it.
1) Make a website similar to 1) Youtube Method
2) Create a new gateway and call it tmpl_website. This gateway we will be using on our new website.
3) Create another gateway and call it tmpl_referral. This gateway we will insert into the template php file, so when someone puts the template on their site we can activate the gateway and show our lead on their site. So to say, steal their traffic. Remember to disable the gateway on cpalead website and only activate it after a month or so. Give some time.
4) Find a good source from where you will get the templates, whether they are wordpress or joomla. You can find it by searching in google.
5) Download a wordpress or joomla template, open the main php file should be called (template.php or smth similar to that) now

1. Visit Microworkers.com and register as a new user.
2. Once you have completed the registration process, login to your account.
3. From here you will see the “Available Jobs”. These are jobs that people will
PAY YOU to complete and they are listed highest paying to lowest paying. I
recommend you browse through these jobs and even complete a couple of
them to get familiar with the process.
4. Let’s go ahead now and skip to the part where you get things done for
pennies.
First of all, you are going to have to “fund your account”. Don’t worry, the
minimum is $10. This is how you pay people to do your work. Visit the link
“DEPOSIT $” located at the top of the page. Click the “deposit $10” paypal

5. Now that you have money in your account we are ready to start your first

12. Now, put in how much you are willing to pay each worker. The amount
shown will be the minimum amount Microworkers allows for that category
and the targeted country(s) you selected.
13. Next choose the speed at which you would like your workers to
complete your tasks. The default is 1000 which means your job will be
completed very quickly often within a few hours. I’d recommend you put 100
in this box to really slow it down so it looks more natural to search engines.
After all, if all of a sudden you have 30 bookmarks in 1 hour it could raise a
flag.
14. Now, in the title field, is where you put in your job title. For this example we
would enter something like: Bookmark this website on Delicious.
15. The next box is where you put in exactly what you would like the
worker to complete. You need to be very specific here. For this example we
would put in something like: 1. Bookmark mywebsite.com on Delicious using
your Delicious Account. Depending on the complexity of the job will
determine how much explaining you need to do in this box.
16. The last box is the Proof Box. This is where you tell workers how to
prove they completed your task. Here we would put in something like: 1. For
proof, enter your delicious account name and a link to the bookmark.
17. The final step is to click the Submit Campaign box.
What happens next is the campaign will be sent to Microworkers’ staff for review.
If there is something wrong with your account, you will see a red flashing message
next to the support link the next time you login. It typically takes anywhere from
2-24 hours to get a campaign approved.
When your campaign is approved you’ll notice a green box next to it in your list of
campaigns under the My Campaigns section. As people complete your tasks you
will see “numbers” start showing up in the “Not rated” column. IMPORTANT! This
is where your workers get paid! Simply click the link in that column and you will
see each of the workers who are claiming to have completed your job. Clicking the
details will show you their proof and allow you to approve or deny based on that
data. If you choose to deny ( that means you do not believe they completed your

wrong and you will not have to pay this person. Those funds will be returned to
your account balance.
In the main “Available Jobs” section people will see your tasks and their “success
rate”. For example, if you have 30 jobs available and 10 have been completed but
only 5 successfully then the success rate for that job is 50%. Lower success rates
mean workers are not likely to complete your job because they fear they may not
get paid.

What I am going to share with you next requires you to make a decision about white-hat,
grey-hat and black-hat. You can for sure, 100%, make $200+ profit every day
using only white-hat methods. If you are willing to travel down that greyhat/
black-hat path, you can make substantially more.
If you spend any time on the Microworkers “Available Jobs” section you’ll notice a
lot of CPA offers. CPA offers are those offers that if completed result in payment to
the person who offered up the job. For example, if I have a job for “Get a Car
Insurance Quote” and you complete the task then I will be paid $6. Well, you can
get USA workers to complete the task for $1.50 so you don’t have to be a math
wizard to see the potential here. If I get 100 workers to complete this task I will
make $600. I’ll have to pay out $150 for a net gain/profit of $450. The problem is
what you are doing is offering an “incentive” to complete the offer. If the offer
says something like “no incentives”, and you promote it anyway, then you just
entered the world of Black-hat. You’ll need to mask your links using bit.ly or
tinyurl so that your affiliate network won’t learn about what you are doing. So,
instead of sending them to the offer directly either send them using the tinyurl or
bit.ly link OR tell them to go to a page on your website first and click a link or click
a banner.
Tips and Tricks
Let’s say you have a budget of $25 and want to get some USA bloggers with PR3
or higher to write a post and link to your site. The minimum for that targeting and
category is $3. Still pretty cheap but with a minimum of 30 workers you are
looking at a total of $97.50! That is 4x your budget. Unfortunately you have to
fund the account to cover the $97.50 but you don’t have to spend it. Create the
campaign as illustrated above and set the speed to 100. Now throughout the
day(s) watch the account. When you have 8 workers who have completed the
task, simply click on your task and choose “STOP”. The campaign will no longer be
available to workers and the remaining cash will be put back into your account.
Now just Sign up and Start Making Money!
Step 2:
Ok so before you rent referrals you should earn $3 by clicking on your ads (Or You Can Invest For Quickness) and then transfer it to your rental balance. This way you have $1 per referral and you will easily be able to recycle them if they are not active or pay to keep them for one more month. It will take a while to get $3 on your own, but this way you will be able to keep your referrals and exchange the inactive ones for active ones without the fear that you will not be able to pay for them.
Step 3:
Once you have your $3 in your rental balance purchase 3 referrals, Autopay is another must. As soon as you rent your first 3 referrals turn Autopay on (you will find this on the page where your referrals are listed). Referrals cost 30 cents a month to keep. Instead of you paying for the referral, they pay for themselves as long as you have Autopay turned on. What it does it subtract one of the advertisements your referral views each day and puts it towards the 30 cents that referral needs to stick around for another month. So you get one less penny from each referral, but they will be your referral as long as they are active.
Step 4:
Cashing out too early is a huge problem for people that use NeoBux.
